ADVANCE NOTICE - MTQ PLUS UPGRADE
Last year the questionnaire was temporarily increased in size to 83 items to enable some testing of alternative items for some of the eight factors.
The goal was to improve the already impressive technical properties of the MTQPlus questionnaire in three key areas – validity, reliability and scale independence.
We are pleased to announce that this process has now been completed and the resulting review has reaffirmed the previous studies conclusions on its high level of reliability. Indeed the changes we are now able to make to the norm group and resulting scoring algorithms has strengthened this even further.
We will shortly be creating an update to the technical manual. The study and analyses will be presented for peer review and for publication in an academic journal. We will shortly share a summary pending peer review.
We will also now be reducing the number of items to be completed to 63.
In order to minimise downtime on the system for everyone whilst we make the changes we will be deploying the revised questionnaire as a completely new product on the assessment system called MTQ PLUS 2021. The data from any existing assessments will be retained under the original MTQ PLUS schedules on your accounts. This new product will appear on your account from the afternoon (UK time) of 10th January and any existing MTQ PLUS meter stock you may have will transferred over to the new product at the same time. We will be posting a notice on the assessment system to advise when this has gone live. If you do have any on-going assessments over this period please contact us on headoffice@aqr.co.uk so we can retain MTQ PLUS meters on your account to fulfil these. Once the MTQ PLUS 2021 product is live you should use this to set up MTQ PLUS assessments for any future requirements.

METERS SELF-TOP-UP FEATURE
We are pleased to announce the launch of a meters self-top-up feature on our assessments platform.
What does it do?
It enables top account owners* to self-top-up meters of any assessment they have access to without the requirement to contact AQR Int. and ask for meters transfer. *top account is an account which is purchasing meters directly from AQR Int. and not from their local partners. Sub-accounts will need to contact their local assessment distributor and request the meters to be transferred to their account in a regular way.
How am I going to be invoiced?
Once meters have been topped up, the system emails AQR Int. with a notice about the automated meters transfer. An invoice will follow via email.
How does it work? Please follow this link for instructions.
